Description
A quick and delicious Air Fryer recipe featuring juicy steak bites and crispy potatoes in garlic butter.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 lb. baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them out in your air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking.
- Cook the potatoes: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Air fry the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Make the steak bites: While the potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the steak: In a bowl, season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet with the garlic butter. Cook until the bites are browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine: Once the potatoes are done, toss them in with the steak bites in the skillet, mixing everything together carefully to absorb all that delicious garlic-butter flavor.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot!
Notes
Steak can be replaced with other cuts like ribeye or tenderloin for richer taste. Allow steak to rest after cooking for tenderness.
