Crispy and flavorful honey garlic chicken tenders made effortlessly in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken tenders (or boneless breast cut into strips)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Set up a dipping station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Toss the chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket without crowding.
- Spray with oil and cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and a pinch of salt off the heat.
- Toss chicken tenders in the honey garlic sauce and serve.
Notes
Serve with ranch or barbecue sauce. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
