Crispy and flavorful honey garlic chicken tenders made effortlessly in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (or boneless breast cut into strips)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Set up a dipping station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  2. Toss the chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket without crowding.
  4. Spray with oil and cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in honey and a pinch of salt off the heat.
  7. Toss chicken tenders in the honey garlic sauce and serve.

Notes

Serve with ranch or barbecue sauce. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
