  • 2 lobster tails, thawed
  • 1 pound of sea scallops
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle with kitchen scissors.
  2. Sear the lobster in a skillet with melted butter for 4-5 minutes until opaque.
  3. Cook the scallops in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic to the scallops and stir for about a minute.
  5. Plate the lobster and scallops, drizzling with garlic butter and garnishing with parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Ensure your skillet is hot for searing; adjust seasoning to taste. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days.
