Instructions
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle with kitchen scissors.
- Sear the lobster in a skillet with melted butter for 4-5 minutes until opaque.
- Cook the scallops in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the scallops and stir for about a minute.
- Plate the lobster and scallops, drizzling with garlic butter and garnishing with parsley and lemon wedges.
