- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the large pasta shells according to package instructions.
- Mix diced chicken, chopped spinach, garlic powder, half of the mozzarella, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken and spinach mixture.
- Prepare a baking dish with a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
- Cheese it up by sprinkling the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can prepare these stuffed shells ahead of time. Store in the fridge until ready to bake and adjust baking time accordingly.
