Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the large pasta shells according to package instructions.
  3. Mix diced chicken, chopped spinach, garlic powder, half of the mozzarella, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken and spinach mixture.
  5. Prepare a baking dish with a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
  7. Cheese it up by sprinkling the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
