- 4 large eggs

- 1 cup cocoa powder

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for the chocolate sauce)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for the chocolate sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix melted butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the dry mix into the wet ingredients, folding gently to maintain fudginess.
- Add semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir.
- Bake in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish for 25-30 minutes.
- Make the chocolate sauce by melting together chocolate chips and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
- Cool the brownies, cut into squares, and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
Notes
For extra fudginess, do not overbake. Consider adding nuts or dried cherries for a twist.
