- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the chocolate ganache:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Make the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until sand-like. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then adding peanut butter and powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then fold into peanut butter mixture. Pour into crust.
- Warm heavy cream over medium heat, then add chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth. Pour ganache over filling and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For added texture, try mixing in chopped nuts or crushed toffee bits into the crust.
