A quick and easy party appetizer, this Classic Chipped Beef Cheese Ball combines cream cheese, chipped beef, and seasonings for a flavorful snack that’s perfect for gatherings.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chipped beef, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Chopped walnuts or pecans (for rolling)
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese, chipped beef, green onions, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl until combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and mold it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped walnuts or pecans until well coated.
- Place the cheese ball on a platter and serve with crackers and fresh veggies.
Notes
Make ahead up to 2 days in advance. Can substitute chipped beef with crumbled bacon or diced ham. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
