A quick and easy party appetizer, this Classic Chipped Beef Cheese Ball combines cream cheese, chipped beef, and seasonings for a flavorful snack that’s perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chipped beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Chopped walnuts or pecans (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, chipped beef, green onions, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl until combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and mold it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in chopped walnuts or pecans until well coated.
  4. Place the cheese ball on a platter and serve with crackers and fresh veggies.

Notes
