Description
Creamy Cajun Chicken Spaghetti is a deliciously spicy twist on a classic pasta dish, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces of spaghetti (or any pasta you love)
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of chopped bell peppers (any color)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Toss in your spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Add olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once warm, toss in the diced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and chopped bell peppers. Sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer and let bubble for about 5 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, try penne or zucchini noodles. Add cayenne pepper for extra heat!
