Ingredients

- A mix of your favourite seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
- Pasta of your choice (linguine recommended)
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Lemon juice for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
- Sauté the garlic in melted butter over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the seafood and cook until shrimp turns pink and mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
- Create the sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and simmering until thickened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat. Garnish with parsley and lemon juice.
Notes
Choose fresh seafood for better flavor. Experiment with white wine for richer sauce.
