Description

An indulgent yet easy-to-make creamy garlic seafood dish perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • A mix of your favourite seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
  • Pasta of your choice (linguine recommended)
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon juice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Sauté the garlic in melted butter over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Add the seafood and cook until shrimp turns pink and mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Create the sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and simmering until thickened.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat. Garnish with parsley and lemon juice.

Notes

Choose fresh seafood for better flavor. Experiment with white wine for richer sauce.
