Description

A luxurious and creamy lobster spaghetti, perfect for impressing loved ones or elevating a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • Spaghetti or your preferred pasta
  • Fresh lobster tails or cooked lobster meat
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Lemon zest for an extra zing

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by boiling the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
  2. Prepare the lobster by steaming or boiling fresh lobster until cooked through, then remove the meat from the shell, or use pre-cooked lobster.
  3. Make the sauce by melting butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and stir in reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Gently fold in the lobster meat.
  5. Finish by stirring in grated Parmesan cheese and optional lemon zest. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Remember to always salt your pasta water. Reserve some pasta water for adjusting the sauce consistency, and avoid overcooking the lobster.
