Description
A luxurious yet easy-to-make dish featuring succulent lobster, creamy sauce, and al dente spaghetti.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g fresh spaghetti
- 250g lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti: Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once it’s bubbling like a hot spring, add your spaghetti. Cook until al dente (around 8–10 minutes), then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until it’s fragrant but not browned.
- Mix in the cream: Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly, then toss in the lemon zest for extra zing.
- Add the lobster: Gently fold in the cooked lobster meat. Let it warm through for a couple of minutes.
- Combine with pasta: Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, ensuring that each strand gets coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve and garnish: Plate your luscious spaghetti and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
Consider pre-cooked lobster for a quicker meal. A splash of white wine can elevate the flavor.
