- 1 can (14 oz) of artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray (or a drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the artichoke hearts by patting them dry with a paper towel.
- Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat each artichoke heart in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crunchy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the breadcrumb mixture. Feel free to tweak spices for different flavors.
