Description

Crispy Parmesan Artichoke Hearts are a deliciously easy treat perfect for snacks, appetizers, or side dishes.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) of artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray (or a drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the artichoke hearts by patting them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat each artichoke heart in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crunchy.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the breadcrumb mixture. Feel free to tweak spices for different flavors.
