Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until combined. Press into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish and Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Combine raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Spread the raspberry mixture over the cooled pie crust.
  5. Heat heavy cream over medium heat until just steaming. Add dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt, then Stir until smooth.
