Instructions
- Start by cleaning your mushrooms and slicing them in half (or quarters if they’re large).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Toss the sliced mushrooms into the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with bread.
Notes
Sauté mushrooms well for perfect caramelization. Feel free to add other cheese varieties or make it vegan by substituting coconut milk.
