Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked prawns, chopped
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella works great)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the chopped prawns, Alfredo sauce, and shredded cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the burritos by placing a generous spoonful of the prawn mixture onto each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll them up tightly.
- Prepare a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Coat each rolled burrito in flour, dip it in beaten eggs, and then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the burritos in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drain the burritos on paper towels and serve immediately with dip.
