Description

A luxurious yet easy recipe for broiled lobster tails coated in a flavorful garlic sauce, perfect for special occasions and quick dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler: Set your oven to broil, and let it heat up while you prepare the lobsters.
  2. Prepare the lobster tails: Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife.
  3. Make the garlic sauce: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the sauce: Generously brush the garlic sauce over the exposed meat of the lobster tails.
  5. Broil the lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Remove from the oven and serve immediately with the remaining garlic sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

Don’t overcook the lobster to prevent rubbery bites. Ensure lobster tails smell fresh. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
