Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked prawns, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or your herb of choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chopped prawns, softened cream cheese, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out your puff pastry into rectangles, aiming for about an 1/8-inch thickness.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the prawn mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll to create croissant shapes.
  5. Brush the croissants with the beaten egg for a glossy finish.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
