- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the lobster by cutting the top of the shells lengthwise, stopping just before the tail.
- Make the garlic butter by combining melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Bake the lobster tails on a baking sheet, brushing generously with garlic butter, for about 12-15 minutes.
- Garnish with remaining garlic butter and fresh parsley before serving.
