  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster by cutting the top of the shells lengthwise, stopping just before the tail.
  3. Make the garlic butter by combining melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Bake the lobster tails on a baking sheet, brushing generously with garlic butter, for about 12-15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with remaining garlic butter and fresh parsley before serving.
