- 1 pound of prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foamy and fragrant.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Cook the prawns, seasoning with salt and pepper, for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the prawns and stir gently to coat.
- Garnish with dried parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
