Ingredients

  • 1 pound of prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foamy and fragrant.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until golden.
  3. Cook the prawns, seasoning with salt and pepper, for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the prawns and stir gently to coat.
  5. Garnish with dried parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
