- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 4–5 slices of prosciutto
- 1/4 cup fig jam (or fresh figs)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (for garnishing, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Add the Brie cheese to the center of the pastry.
- Layer the prosciutto over the Brie.
- Spread the fig jam on top.
- Wrap the pastry around the Brie and seal the edges.
- Egg wash the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
