- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the water, butter, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Turn off the heat and stir in the flour until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then gradually beat in the eggs until the dough is smooth and glossy.
- Pipe small mounds of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before filling each puff with sweetened cream cheese.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Let the dough cool slightly before adding eggs to prevent scrambling. Avoid opening the oven while baking.
