- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches in syrup (or about 2 cups fresh peaches, diced)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Fresh peach slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch cake pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake for about 10 minutes. Then, poke holes all over the top using a wooden spoon or fork.
- Pour the peach syrup over the cake, ensuring it fills all the holes.
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon in another bowl and pour over the cake, spreading evenly.
- Top the cake with whipped topping and garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
You can make this cake a day in advance for better flavor. Leftovers can be stored covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
