Quick and easy Cherry Garcia Fudge combining sweet cherries and creamy fudge, perfect for snacks or gifts.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of dried cherries
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
- A dash of salt
Instructions
- Prep your pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Melt the chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Mix it up: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, then fold in the dried cherries and walnuts.
- Spread the fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth it out, and sprinkle extra cherries and walnuts on top.
- Chill out: Refrigerate for about 120 minutes until firm.
- Slice and enjoy: Lift out using the parchment, slice into squares, and savor every bite!
Notes
If the fudge seems crumbly when poured, it’s just a part of the process. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
