Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
  • A dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep your pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Melt the chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Mix it up: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, then fold in the dried cherries and walnuts.
  4. Spread the fudge: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth it out, and sprinkle extra cherries and walnuts on top.
  5. Chill out: Refrigerate for about 120 minutes until firm.
