- 8 ounces fettuccine or your favorite pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside, saving a cup of the pasta water.
- Sauté the seafood: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, approximately 3-4 minutes. Then, gently fold in the lobster meat and heat through.
- Make the Alfredo sauce: Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts into a creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine it all: Add the drained pasta to the sauce, tossing to combine. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
- Serve: Plate your luscious lobster & shrimp Alfredo, and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish. Enjoy!

Fresh seafood makes a world of difference. Use thawed frozen seafood if necessary. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
