Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Mix together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gently fold this mixture into the banana mixture.
