Description
A quick and easy no-bake dessert featuring a buttery crust, creamy filling, and fresh berries, perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 and 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Make the crust: In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Pour in the melted butter and stir until everything is moistened. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
- Prepare the cream cheese filling: In a mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully combined. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the tart: Spread the cream cheese filling into your prepared crust, smoothing it out. Top with the mixed berries and arrange them as desired. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy: Slice up your tart and serve it chilled.
