Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
- Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Arrange the prawns in the baking dish in a single layer.
- Spoon the cheesy mixture evenly over the prawns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the prawns are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley once you take them out of the oven, and they are ready to be served.
Notes
Add extra garlic for flavor and consider broiling for a crispy topping.
