Description

Quick and easy Parmesan Baked Prawns are a delicious meal perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  2. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Arrange the prawns in the baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Spoon the cheesy mixture evenly over the prawns.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the prawns are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley once you take them out of the oven, and they are ready to be served.

Notes
