A nostalgic dessert combining creamy cheesecake with a swirl of sweet jelly, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup jelly (strawberry or grape)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Now, one at a time, add the eggs to the mixture, mixing on low speed until just incorporated.
- Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of jelly on top of the filling and swirl gently.
- Pour the remaining cheesecake filling over the top, finishing with another swirl of jelly.
- Place the springform pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about an hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve by uncliping the springform pan, slicing, and enjoying!
Notes
Feel free to mix different jelly flavors and use various types of peanut butter for experimenting.
