- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Make the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then adding sugar, eggs, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Fold in fresh blueberries gently to the mixture.
- Bake the filling over the cooled crust for 35-40 minutes until set with a slight jiggle.
- Cut into squares once chilled and serve.
Notes
