Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Start by preparing your shrimp and sausage. If your sausage isn’t pre-cooked, sautĆ© it in a skillet over medium heat until it’s browned.
- Cook the shrimp: Once the sausage is ready, add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Layer the nachos: Grab a large baking sheet and spread out a generous layer of tortilla chips. Over the chips, sprinkle the cooked shrimp and sausage mixture evenly. Then, pour the canned tomatoes over the top.
- Cheese, please: Shower the whole delight with shredded cheese.
- Bake: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pop the nachos in for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is all melty and bubbly.
