- 1 lb crab legs, thawed
- 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Water (for boiling)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Get your seafood, corn, and potatoes all cleaned and ready to go.
- Boil the potatoes: In a large pot, fill it with water and add a pinch of salt. Toss in the baby potatoes and bring the water to a boil. Let it simmer until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add the corn: Once the potatoes are ready, add the corn halves and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season it up: Introduce the minced garlic, chopped onion, and Cajun seasoning into the pot. Let these ingredients mingle for about 2-3 minutes.

- Squeeze in the lemon: Squeeze the lemon halves into the pot and throw them in as well.
