Description
A delightful mix of sweet and spicy chicken wings perfect for gatherings or a special treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it’s heating, rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic.
- Place the dried wings in a large bowl. Season them with salt and pepper, then pour half of the prepared sauce over the wings.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In the last ten minutes of baking, remove the wings and brush them generously with the remaining sauce.
- Once done, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, try broiling them on high for a couple of minutes at the end. Prepare the sauce in advance to save time.
