A quick and flavorful dish combining perfectly seared steak, juicy prawns, and delightful noodles in a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 200g of steak, thinly sliced
- 200g of prawns, peeled and deveined
- 250g of noodles (egg or rice noodles)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh spring onions and coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Sear the steak in a large skillet with 1 tablespoon of melted butter over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cook the prawns in the same skillet, adding garlic until fragrant, and then cook the prawns until pink and opaque.
- Combine the cooked noodles with soy sauce in the skillet, tossing gently to coat.
- Finish by folding in the seared steak, tossing everything to combine.
- Garnish with fresh spring onions and coriander before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the prawns to prevent them from becoming rubbery. You can customize the sauces according to your taste.
