- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan version)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place your sliced baguette rounds on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Combine the softened goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey in a mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
- Cook blueberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and salt over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Spread whipped goat cheese on each crostini, drizzle with blueberry balsamic reduction, and garnish with thyme or rosemary.
Notes
