  1. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, and honey (or maple syrup). Use a sturdy spoon to mix until well combined.
  2. Once mixed, roll the mixture into small balls.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the peanut butter balls on it. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Enjoy your chilled peanut butter balls! Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes
