  • 4 cups Fresh pineapple, chopped Choose a ripe pineapple for the best flavor.
  • 1 can Coconut milk, full-fat For creaminess, use full-fat coconut milk.
  • 1/4 cup Honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option) Adjust sweetness to taste; you may skip if the pineapple is sweet enough.

  1. Chop up the fresh pineapple into chunks.
Blending
  1. Blend the chopped pineapple, coconut milk, and honey together until smooth.
Freezing
  1. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish, cover, and freeze for about 2-3 hours, stirring halfway through.

  1. Once frozen, let it sit for a minute or two, then scoop into bowls and enjoy.

Notes

If your sorbet is too hard, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Feel free to add mint leaves for an adventurous twist!
