- In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until it’s frothy and bubbly.
- Stir in the melted butter and salt, then gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 3-4 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into round balls. Place these in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cover the dish with a clean kitchen towel and let the rolls rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once the rolls have risen, bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, brush with a little melted butter and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure your yeast is fresh for best results. Use cozy spots for faster rising. Add garlic powder, herbs, or cheese for extra flavor.
