  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) Can substitute with regular yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. If using fresh strawberries, hull them and cut them into quarters. For frozen strawberries, remove them from the freezer.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with honey or syrup if needed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a container, and let it freeze for about 2-3 hours.
  5. Once set, scoop the creamy frozen yogurt into bowls or cones.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, use slightly overripe strawberries. You can also add herbs like basil or mint for a unique twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
