Preparation
  1. Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap each scallop, securing with a toothpick.

  4. Add a sprinkle of lemon juice for extra flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the scallops in a single layer and cook for around 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
