- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the skewers in the basket without overcrowding and air fry for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for a golden brown color indicating they are crispy.
Sauce Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
Serving
- Once the chicken skewers are done, drizzle with the bang bang sauce or serve it on the side for dipping.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before use. These skewers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
