Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise or into quarters while keeping pieces mostly attached.
- Generously smear the garlic butter mixture onto the cut sides of the bread.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the bread (cut sides up) in the fryer basket and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
- Remove from the basket, let cool for a moment then slice and serve.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic butter before air frying. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in air fryer for crispiness.
