Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter Spread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened You can substitute with salted butter.
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced Adjust the amount according to preference.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Dried parsley can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper Add according to taste.
For the Bread
  • 1 French baguette French baguette (or any bread of your choice) Can use sourdough, Italian, or gluten-free bread.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise or into quarters while keeping pieces mostly attached.
  3. Generously smear the garlic butter mixture onto the cut sides of the bread.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the bread (cut sides up) in the fryer basket and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Remove from the basket, let cool for a moment then slice and serve.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic butter before air frying. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in air fryer for crispiness.
