Ingredients

For the Steak
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Potatoes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the steak pieces with half of the melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Let it sit while you prep the potatoes.
  3. In another bowl, toss your halved baby potatoes with the remaining melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes. Shake the basket a little to ensure even cooking.
  2. After 10 minutes, carefully add the marinated steak bites to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Once everything is beautifully browned and aromatic, sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve.

Notes

Make sure your potato pieces are roughly the same size to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on the steak if you prefer it medium rare, and don’t skip the garlic butter to elevate the flavor!
