Ingredients

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional
For the Potatoes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika for warmth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, sprinkle the steak bites with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat every piece.
  2. In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the potatoes in the fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. Melt the garlic butter in the microwave, then toss the steak bites in it until well-coated.
  3. After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, add the steak bites to the basket. Cook together for another 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley (if using) and serve hot.

Notes

Let the steak rest for a few minutes before cutting to retain juices. Avoid overcrowding in the air fryer for even cooking.
