Preparation
- In a bowl, sprinkle the steak bites with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat every piece.
- In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the potatoes in the fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Melt the garlic butter in the microwave, then toss the steak bites in it until well-coated.
- After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, add the steak bites to the basket. Cook together for another 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley (if using) and serve hot.
Notes
Let the steak rest for a few minutes before cutting to retain juices. Avoid overcrowding in the air fryer for even cooking.
