  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
  1. Start by patting your pork joint dry with paper towels to achieve a beautiful, crisp exterior.
  2. Rub the olive oil all over the pork, making sure it’s evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dollop the seasoning mixture on the pork and massage it in.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Carefully place the seasoned pork joint in the basket and cook for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  3. For crispy skin, pop it back in for an extra 5 minutes.
Serving
  1. Let the pork joint rest for about 10 minutes after cooking.
  2. Slice into tender pieces and serve with your favorite sides like roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or salad.
