  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayo for a creamier twist
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for a vegan version
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and cutting your broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, diced apple, raisins, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
Dressing Preparation
  1. In a separate smaller bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Combine

Notes
