- Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour, or until doubled in size.
Baking
- Once risen, punch it down and divide the dough into two balls.
- Roll out to desired thickness and add your favorite toppings.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 475°F for 12-15 minutes.
Notes
Don’t be shy with the flour while rolling; it helps prevent stickiness. Ensure your oven is hot for a crispy crust. If you overload your toppings, be careful as it may lead to a soggy pizza.
