Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth. Add Baileys and mix until combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to maintain fluffiness.
Assembly
  1. Layer crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom of serving glasses or a trifle dish.
  2. Add a generous scoop of the Baileys chocolate cream and repeat layers until ingredients are used up or the glasses are full.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top before serving.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.

Notes

Chill mixing bowls for better whipped cream results. Feel free to experiment with different cookies for the layers or add toppings like berries or chocolate sauce.
