Assembly
- Layer crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom of serving glasses or a trifle dish.
- Add a generous scoop of the Baileys chocolate cream and repeat layers until ingredients are used up or the glasses are full.
- Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top before serving.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.
