  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract This enhances the mint flavor.
For the topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream Store-bought or homemade.
  • to taste Chocolate shavings or crushed mint candies For garnish.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, cold milk, and Baileys Irish Cream for about 2 minutes until smooth and thick.
  2. Stir in the peppermint extract.
Assembly
  1. Start with a layer of pudding at the bottom of the serving glasses.
  2. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top.
  3. Continue layering pudding and whipped cream until reaching the top of the glass.
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or crushed mint candies.
