Preparation

- Place the round of Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top the Brie with chopped figs, drizzle honey over the figs, and sprinkle pecans all around.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melty but not exploded.
Serving
- Let it cool for a minute after baking and garnish with fresh herbs and balsamic reduction if desired.
- Serve with crackers or slices of baguette.
Notes
Use a soft cheese like Camembert or Gouda for variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and re-warm slowly to enjoy again.
