- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the crumbled feta and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Create little wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
- If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Once done, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
