Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the crumbled feta and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Create little wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
  4. If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  2. Once done, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes
